At Whitehall Boca Raton, we don't think we'd be doing our jobs if all we did was provide quality care and a comfortable environment. That's why we developed our "Partners in Care" program, through which each resident is paired to a specific customer service liaison for personalized attention and monitoring. We created the program so that no one ever feels “lost in the system” or uncertain where to turn when questions arise.
But our Partners don't work merely for the residents. They serve as advocates for each resident's family members as well.
Here's how the program works:
- Upon admission, each resident is assigned a partner who is focused on meeting his or her needs. Residents are provided with a placard indicating their partner's name, residing unit with extension number, their direct phone number and their room number.
- Partners visit their charges immediately after admission and then regularly once the resident settles in.
- During visits, partners can help residents solve problems, address concerns, introduce facility services and follow up with other departments on communicating specific residents' needs.
- Partners will also stay in touch with family members and close friends.
Residents who stay at Whitehall Boca should never feel alone. Our Partners in Care program goes a long way in making sure they don't.
