•  Low staff turnover--Both our DON and Assistant DON have been in their positions for over 14 years, as have many of our staff members.

  Whitehall is one out of only 2 facilities in Florida with a NAGNA (National Association of Geriatric Nursing Assistants) Chapter. NAGNA promotes positive attitudes and mentoring for new Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
